A 2 bedroom apartment, sunny with river views located in one of the most lively disticts of Lisbon; Campo de Ourique. With 2 double bedrooms (a double bed and a double sofabed), 2 bathrooms with shower and fully equipped kitchen. Its plus points are the river views, its unicity and the location. Campo de Ourique is better known for its good quality restaurants, cafeterias and traditicional shops and the real lisboner flair. Is also know for the gardens of the area: "Jardim da Estrela" and "Jardim da Parada" and its attractions such as the "Casa Fernando Pessoa",and the "Basílica da Estrela" church. Also in the vicinities of the apartment you find the "Mercado de Campo de Ourique" market, "Amoreiras" shopping center". Transports and several services at door, including a supermarket in the apartment street, a pharmacy, a bank and an ATM machine at the corner of the street. Tram 28 to historical downtown, or 10 minutes walk to Rato underground station. Good connections to the A5 motorway.

“We spent a wonderful 5 weeks in Lisbon, the apartment is beautiful, clean and walking distance (or a quick cab) to anywhere in the city. We had our daughter with us so we spent a lot of time in Jardim da Estrela, a beautiful park with playground and two cafes, it's buzzing on weekends with picnics, craft markets and sometimes live jazz or a DJ. Marisa was extremely helpful, always quick to answer any questions; she arranged for cleaners to visit twice during our stay and she put us in touch with a babysitter so we could go out in the evening. The 28 tram leaves from outside the Basilica straight into the city centre, and there in a taxi rank there as well. The Pingo supermarket is just round the corner, and Campo de Ourique food market is a short stroll. The apartment is up a few flights of stairs so be prepared, but this is usual in Lisbon and the views of the Basilica and the river from the living room window are stunning. The apartment is located just around the corner from the Casa Fernando Pessoa and very near to the Basílica da Estrela and the English Cemetery (where you'll find Henry Fielding's Grave). L'appartement est confortable et avec beaucoup de cachet. Le quartier est très agréable avec le campo de Ourique et le jardin d'Estrela tout proches. I can only recommend this place! It's a beautiful flat in a great location. The flat is equipped with pretty much anything you can think of. I've stayed for a month and so the cleaners came over half way through my stay to clean the bathrooms and change the towels and bed linen which I wasn't even expecting. Overall a great place to stay!
