“The flat was lovely and clean, with a great view - just like the photographs. It is really convenient for transport links (and Lisbon taxis are also good and not expensive) - and the old city centre is a walkable distance along the river front. Marisa and her friend were really helpful and accomodating, and communicating with them was simple and quick. The flat is on the top (5th) floor and the stairs are steep - so the very kind offer to help with our cases was greatly appreciated! Happily stay there again.” Jo T.

Marisa's apartment was very much as described, a very spacious and tidy apartment with amazing views of the river and the street below to watch the trams trundling by. Although a little out of the centre the public transport links were excellent, with regular bus & tram stops right outside and a train link at Santos just a 5-10min walk. Having said that I would recommend walking to the centre and to explore the streets and sights of Lisbon as there is lots to see. You can get to the central bar restaurant area in about 20minutes. I visited with my fiancé so it was just 2 of us in the apartment but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4. There are 5 flights of stairs so if you have reduced mobility you may wish to consider this. We visited a local tapas restaurant right next door serving Portuguese cuisine, I would highly recommend. There is also a lovely brunch cafe just around the corner 5mins called Haim which was great. Overall I would highly recommend Marisa's apartment and a visit to Lisbon. D. McCarthy

The flat is very nice and very well equiped. The bedrooms are quiet. It is in a Nice neighborhood with food shop, restaurant and bars. It is very Easy to reach the center by public transport and to get to Belém area. Pedro was very helpful. I recommend this place. B. Barrere

Very nice Apartement, clean, good view - the only negative thing we found is climbing the 5th floor with luggage :-)... public transport close by. Highly recommended! S. Singer

Absolutely brilliant apartment, the location is perfect. You have easy access to all the Lisbon hot spots and the train station (which is a 2 minute walk away) takes you to the beach in 20 minutes. The apartment itself is stunning and I could not recommend it more. The restaurants right below the apartment are really good. Great communication and really easy, friendly check in. E. Stuter

Amazing. Great location - you can get everywhere on foot or for €2 (!!!) by Uber. Beautiful flat, especially the loft bedroom with sea view. All useful appliances are there, including a great speaker if live Fado in many of Lisbon's restaurants wasn't enough... Some cool and lively bars and restaurants downstairs, and great shops. And on top of it all the flat used to be owned by a Portuguese pop star!! 100% recommend, thank you! M. Krupinska

It was pleasant staying at Marisa's apartment. Although my flight had been delayed for an hour, the local staff was very helpful to check-in any time. Also, I have already been to Lisboa for three times, whenever I went there I had an opportunity to stay in the old town of Lisboa, but Marisa's apartment was by far the best apartment I have ever stayed. It may seem like it is a bit further away from the city center, however, the public transportation is well equipped and if you do not mind walking it only takes 10 minutes to the city center. Depends on the district of Lisboa some street can be extremely noisy. However, Marisa's apartment is very calm and peaceful even though the apartment itself is located the heart of the city center in Lisboa. Please do not hesitate to book this apartment, and it is definitely worth every penny. J. Lee
