One bedroom apartment, cosy, comfortable and spacious. It has a maximum capacity for 3 guests (double bed and a wide double sofabed). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. Bathroom with shower- Free private parking at the back of the building. Wireless internet included. The apartment also benefits from being located in a quiet secluded square that still preserves all its original buildings from the 1940’s, with a beautiful garden with playground, in the lively and central neighborhood of Areeiro and Alameda. Other gardens nearby are located in the Alameda Afonso Henriques and the Praça de Londres, while the most popular shopping streets within walking distance are Avenidas de Roma, Guerra Junqueiro and João XXI. It couldn’t also be more strategically located, being only 10 minutes from Lisbon’s historical center and 20 minutes from the airport by underground, with two stations within 5-minute walking distance: Alameda (Green and Red lines) and Areeiro (Green line). It is thus both ideal for families staying for leisure, or for business trips.

The place location is perfect, close to 2 underground stations. We were with a kid, and right in front of the building there is a playground, and a square with green, where kids can run. Minimercado is about 50 meters from the apartment. The apartment is completely what u can see on the pictures, one living room + kitchen and one bedroom with quite new furniture. Bathroom is small, but OK, WiFi works well. Marisa's English is good, she answers quickly, and answers the phone. She helped to solve our problems in a day. There were to problems: we asked for baby bed in advance but it has arrived only for the second night, so I had to sleep on the couch first night. We were there in March, the weather was cold, and the heating wasn't satisfying for the baby (only one gas fire), so we asked for another electric heater not to freeze at night.
