Wto-wheretostay is a short term rental service provided through the domain wheretostay.com.pt under the bellow legal denomination: Eastgowest Unipessoal, Lda with the NIPC: 514751215, register nr. 0250-3426-8430, address: Rua de Moçabique, 62, 3º D, 2750-799 Cascais. , Email:email@example.com.
An agreement is implemented between Eastgowest and the guest after the issue of a written confirmed reservation details sent by email and by a invoice from the proeprtyowner given at the time of your check-in. A guest who concludes an agreement for one or more third parties shall be jointly liable for all obligations pursuant to this agreement.
HOW TO BOOK:
Select your NIGHTS under the apartment PRICES/AVAILABILITY section: Insert your DATES, insert the number of GUESTS press the button CLACULATE PRICE. Register yourself and get your login. Follow the instructions given afterwards. Apartments are secured after a down payment from the guest, referring to a percentage of the total amount of the stay.
KEY DELIVER AND CHECK-IN/OUT PROCEDURES:
The meeting and key delivers is made at the apartment upon check-in, at the check-in time agreed with the guest. The guest receive the keys in the apartment on the check-in moment solely after the payment in Euros of the remain booking amount (Please note that the maximum withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200 € and the maximum daily withdrawal is 400 €). You must bring a copy of all guests ID cards or passport when you check in.
Check in period – From 3PM till 9 PM.
Check-out period – Till 10 AM
Additional fee for Check-in after 10 PM and before 3PM

Prices are those applicable in each accommodation description. For detailed price confirmation, please select your property, select prices/availability, insert your dates and nr. of nights and press CALCULATE PRICE, as described in the section above "HOW TO BOOK". The price showing is the exact price for that property, dates and number of guests. The total price includes: bed linen, towels, final cleaning (and mid cleaning in reservations longer then 7 nights) between and utilities (water, gas, electricity). Internet upon request. The price includes a fixed amount for reservation costs. A damage deposit may be requested. It will be refunded in full after inspection of the apartment by the owner or his representative, until 48 hours after check-out. The damage deposit may vary between 50 € to 500 € according to each accommodation. Please note that when you consult us for price estimation this is not definitive. All the prices can be subject to changes till reservation is confirmed. .
PAYMENT AND DEFAULT
The apartment is secured through a down payment, equivalent to a percentage of the total amount and according to what is established for each accommodation. The down payment must be paid within 3 days after the booking. The payment is done solely through bank transfer (wire costs on your side) or by credit card (through paypal). The reservation is guaranteed solely from the moment the down payment has been received. Upon receipt of the down payment, Guest receives the Confirmed Reservation Details by e-mail. The remain difference is to be paid at Guest's arrival, in Euros, and to the person who gives you the keys. Payments of remain balance by bank transfer and credit card (through paypal) are possible when completed till 5 days previous to guests arrival.
Total refund within the next 48 hours after booking (except on bookings made within 14 days to arrival). Total refund (100%) till 30 days prior to guests arrival. In case of cancellation between the 30 and 14 days previous to guests arrival, 50% of the down payment and reservation fees (when applicable) are refundable. In case of cancellation within the 14 days previous to guests arrival, the down payment and reservation fees (when applicable) are not refundable. In the event of (partial) cancellation for the period of accommodation contracted, notice must be given in written (e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org) with the least possible delay and till 7 days before the arrival date. In the absence of such (partial) cancellation, guests shall be obliged to pay the entire accommodation expenses contracted together with the reservation costs.
In rare cases, apartments can become unavailable after a booking has been confirmed. This can happen for various reasons, that we cannot control. In these cases, we attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In cases where re-accommodation is impossible, we issue a full refund of the amount paid by the guest. In cases where our own accommodation is not available, we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the guest bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. We also recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance.
In the case of cancellation by the owner of the agreed accommodation, the property owner shall forfeit all rights to compensation. Property owner shall in such case be due for payment as cancellation costs, which includes the reservation costs due by guest and the down payment (or total if applied) referred to the period of accommodation contracted. In the case of partial cancellation owner shall be entitled only to a portion of the fee to the extent that the occupant was able to use the accommodation. In the case of cancellation by owner Wto shall endeavor guest with equivalent replacement accommodation. When this is not possible, Wto will refund the reservation costs and the down payment (or total if applied).
TREATMENT OF ACCOMMODATION
1.Guests undertakes to conduct himself as a good occupant and to employ the accommodation only for the purpose for which it is intended.
2.The guest must notify Wto immediately of any damage the occupant has caused to the accommodation or its contents. Guests shall be liable both to the owner and to Wto for such damage.
3.The guest is prohibited from letting the accommodation or alienating it for occupation by third parties. He must inform Wto about the number and age of guests staying during the occupancy of accommodation.
4.The number of persons who may use the apartment shall not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under 2 years of age.
5.Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted.
6.Smoking is only allowed where permission has specifically been granted.
7.Quiet time is from 11 PM to 8 AM. We are sure that you understand that the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.
8.When leaving, the guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same good conditions as they've found it.
9.Please do not leave any windows opened nor electric device turned on when you leave the apartments and pay attention to gas devices while you are in or outside the apartments.
10.Should the guest, or any of the guests accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Wto or the owner or their representative shall be entitled to request the guest and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right of the latter to claim any type of compensation.
11.The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each guest.
Apartments advertisement, reservations, payments and cancellations are managed by Wto-wheretostay. Apartments cleaning, laundry, safety and maintenance is managed by Wto-wheretostay except on those properties managed by the owners (thise are identified by "managed by owner". In such cases Wto can not make warranty or representation about its fitness or suitability neither be responsible for any possible misunderstanding between guests and owners. Except for the accommodation where Wto has a cleaning and supervision agreement with the owner. Wto have established with the owners the furniture, equipments, cleaning and safety conditions you should find at your arrival. We can not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information; although we keep an updating of any changes. Wto shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use of the apartment by the guests, including, damages, insurance, robbery, criminal behavior or inappropriate use of equipment for elderly, handicapped people or lack of children safety features. In cases of damage sustained by guest or owner ,Wto shall be liable solely when the damage is the result of malice or willful recklessness on the part of Wto or its supervisory personnel. In other cases of damage sustained by guests or owners Wto's liability shall be limited to the insured portion of the damage, or to that part of it that might reasonably have been insured. Wto is also not responsible for outages on the part of the local utilities providers (gas, electricity, water, telephone or Internet).The letting of the accommodations on this web site are intended solely for short term residential purposes (from 3 nights minimum till 6 months maximum) of a special transitory nature – specifically self catering accommodation – and doesn't constitute an offering of tourist lodging within a tourist complex as contemplated in Decree Law 38/2008, article 2º.
